Student feedback

Students have the opportunity to participate in developing the school’s operations by giving feedback. With the help of feedback, communications can be developed and misunderstandings avoided or corrected. If you have comments on the arrangement of the studies, discuss them first with your group supervisor or teacher, and if necessary, with the director. Good interaction between the students and the staff is the key for achieving a pleasant study atmosphere.

How to give feedback?
  1. On a course feedback form
The teaching can be assessed at the end of each course by filling a feedback form or via the INKA programme. The teacher will gather the feedback and give it to the director who will make a summary. State also the reasons for your opinions on the feedback form, so that the school can take development measures if necessary.

  2. In group interviews
The quality team organizes group interviews for every study group every study year. The group supervisor selects four students for the interview at random. Before the interview, the group members talk with the whole group about issues that they want to raise in the interview. The interviewers are members of the quality team. The interviewers may also include teachers, working life representatives or other school staff. A written report is made of the interview and development measures are taken if necessary.

  3. Feedback in the graduation stage of the studies
The quality team organizes the feedback that students give at the end of their studies.
