Student activity
The student association as a message bearer
The purpose of the student association activities is to support the student’s co-operation and school work. The board of the student association may make suggestions for developing the teaching and give statements about the curriculum, the teaching arrangements and study materials, teaching equipment, fixture and library acquisitions. The student union also organizes the annual school photographing.
Make an impact through the student association
By taking part in
the student union’s activities, the student has the
opportunity to make an impact on the safety, tidiness and pleasantness of
the school environment, on the functional planning of the facilities and
on improving the efficiency of the sorting and recycling of waste.
Suggestions for improvements, applications for organizing events and other
initiatives are directed in writing to the director, who will process them
together with the school’s management group or with the teachers.
Communications
The student union informs the students about its activities via the class representatives, the info TV, the notice boards and the central radio if necessary.
Selection of the student association board
In the early stages of the studies, a representative and vice representative is selected from each class to represent their own group and to form the student union board.
Student advisor is supporting student union activities and group activities if necessary.
