The Haaga student dormitory

There is a student dormitory for the students of Haaga University of Applied Sciences and Helsinki Culinary School Perho. Perho has 45 places in the dormitory.  Students beginning their studies or coming to Helsinki from afar have a prerogative to the rooms. The dormitory is located Haaga and the address is Pajuniityntie 10.
 
The dormitory has been renovated in the year 2000. The rent is currently 270 euros per month (280 € from 1st Feb 2012) and the security payment is 540 euros. The security payment will be reimbursed after the rental agreement has expired and the condition of the room has been inspected.
